  • 5.2 Entry: Tickets must be downloaded from the Orders Panel and presented for entry. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund.

  • 5.3 Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, though tickets may be transferred to another person.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

  • Product Refunds: Requested within 4 days of receipt.

  • Event Refunds: Available if canceled at least 4 days before the event. Partial refunds or transfers may be offered.
